Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the BC PNP Health Authority Category, you must meet the following criteria:
Employment
- Have a full-time, permanent, and non-seasonal job offer in any position.
- Be qualified for the offered position in British Columbia.
- Work for a BC Health Authority that has agreed to support your application
Language Proficiency
- Meet the minimum language proficiency threshold of CLB 4 or higher in all four skills: speaking, reading, writing, and listening.
Income and Residency
- Meet the minimum income requirements based on your family size.
- Intend to reside in British Columbia.
Federal Program Eligibility (Express Entry Category Only)
- If applying under the Express Entry category, you must also meet the eligibility requirements for one of the federal economic immigration programs. Such as the Canadian Experience Class or Federal Skilled Worker Program.
