My Immigration Approach
Gather Information
Immigrating to Canada involves the past 10 years of your life. Where you've lived, where you've worked, where you've studied, where you've travelled. Start by gathering information and intel on these histories (a detailed resume helps!) and document them. Knowing your past allows you to find the most suitable Canadian immigration program.
Establish Your Goals
What are your personal, professional, and educational goals for your life in Canada? Do you have a dream school you'd like to attend or dream career you'd like to kickstart? Maybe you want a life filled with adventure and the outdoors or a more metropolitan lifestyle in Vancouver or Toronto? Take time to decide how you would like to live your life in Canada with short term and long term goals. This will inform your decision on which Canadian immigration program is best for you.
Research and Execute
This is where everything comes together. There are dozens upon dozens of different immigration programs in Canada for temporary residence and permanent residence. They depend on your background, work history, education level, and future goals. Some programs are location specific by province or town. There are different timelines, costs, and requirements for different Canadian immigration programs. Once you find your program, submit your Canadian immigration application as soon as you're eligible.
